      Manager Interview

      20 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at goeasy (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2025

      Interview

There's technically 4 rounds - HR Interview - Hiring Manager - Caliper Test - SVP Offcourse progressing further is dependent on how you perform in all the rounds, However the one thing I felt is sometimes these many rounds can be an overkill. Didn't manage to go beyond the hiring manager interview and I off course had a very healthy discussion with him but never heard back from them anymore. Reached out to the HR a few times only to be ghosted
