I was really impressed with the mission of the company and had a wonderful conversation with the recruiter. My second interview with the hiring manager was a positive experience although a little less conversational and more focused on testing my thought process. He said he had a "24 hour rule" on getting back to candidates, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received an update. I was ghosted. After reading reviews from former employees, I feel the ghosting was probably a good thing as the company sounds disorganized with frequent lay-offs and cultural challenges.
