I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at i5 Solutions (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
They will call you in for your first interview and it will last less than 10 minutes and it will be very vague and basic. They will call you that night and congratulate you and ask you to come in for a second interview the next day from 9-5. When you arrive you fill out an "Observation Day Form" and then they will pair you up with two other applicants and make you work FOR FREE for the entire day. Luckily I knew better and when I confronted them about this, they escorted me to a room where the others couldn't hear and said they would "keep my resume on file for a management position." Please do not fall for this. It is not a real job. It is not a real company. They get young people to work for free for a day with the promise of something in the future.
