I applied online in early November and received an email requesting a phone interview a month later. The phone screen was general questions related to my resume, nothing technical. I was then instructed to take a CCAT assessment. It is a logic test of 50 questions that must be answered in 15 minutes. There is information online about this test and sample questions to help prepare you for this type of test. After that, I took a personality assessment that was untimed and straight forward. After passing this screen, my resume was given to the hiring manager and once it was selected for consideration, I was given a link to a Codility test. The test consisted of two programming problems and one debugging exercise. It was not too difficult, but it is worth getting some experience with the Codility platform by going through some of the exercises on the Codility web site. It is a timed test with really no time to waste. After that, I was invited to an on site interview. I was told I would meet with 3 technical people and one manager. When I arrived, the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist met me and brought me to a conference room where I met with the 4 people for 1 hour each. Everyone was really nice and kept to the time limits. They were helpful and aimed to put you at ease while presenting technical challenges designed to elicit dialogue. There was a lot of back and forth discussion. Approach the interview as if you are discussing a solution with a co-worker. Also, prepare for the interview using the information contained in these interview reviews. Within 2 weeks I was presented with the formal offer. Through the whole process, the HR Talent Acquisition Specialist communicated with me often and let me know what was happening. Overall, it was a positive experience
