I was offered a phone interview for an Implementation Manager role after applying through an employee referral. The interview call was right on time – 10:30 on the dot. The recruiter seemed to have good knowledge of the role and good listening skills. I felt she came across as warm and friendly during the interview. She asked me a couple of questions and then provided a detailed description of the role and was upfront about salary expectations. iCIMS has a reputation for giving candidates a positive interview experience and this was no exception.

The interview process was very thorough- not only did I interview on the phone with a recruiter handling my candidacy, I interviewed with my future superior, someone in the position I would be taking, and the Director of Professional Services. All were extremely nice and engaging, and I am so excited to get started with such a professional and nice team! Overall it was one of the best and informative interview processes I have ever gone through.
