The interview process is very thorough, which I found to be a great thing. It starts with 2 simple assessments that gauge your professional strengths, weaknesses, and personality types. Next comes an in-depth phone screening that provides an ample opportunity to ask questions and learn the ins and outs of the position you are applying for. My in-person interview was with 2 different department directors who were both very friendly, personable, and professional. I was at ease talking to them not just about my professional experiences, but personal ones as well.
