I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in Sept 2019
Interview
I was referred (employee referral), a recruiter reached out for a phone screen, then timed and video'd online assessments, then the hiring manager phone interviewed me, and finally an in person interview with the hiring manager, VP and SVP. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
There was no feedback from the hiring manager or recruiter after the interview, just a voicemail letting me know they went with another candidate 3+ weeks after the in person interview. I even asked for feedback with no response.
Not a great experience as a candidate in the final stages of the hiring process (I was told the in person interview was the final step). The process was also very long (2 months).
Easy going, great people that came to talk about the position. Very engaging, wanted to learn more about my background and how I would be a good fit for the role.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you were met with a challenge
I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview process was a pleasure. Initially there was a phone screen with a recruiter, which led to a video interview with my potential boss. Following the video interview, the potential boss then found 3 colleagues for me to speak with (2 other RVP's and the SVP of sales). All of these meetings were virtual/video, lasting 30 minutes. The final round consisted of creating a 15 minute presentation, selling a service/product of your choice to all of the individuals you have previously spoke with at iCIMS.

Question 1
Why would you like to work for iCIMS? Why would you be a good fit at iCIMS?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
From the moment I applied, the recruiter I worked with was incredibly attentive and available to me every step of the way. They made me feel like my experience through the hiring process was paramount and went above and beyond to prepare me as I went through each phase of interviewing. Once onsite for the final interview I was greeted instantly, each interviewer was on time based on the published schedule, and the range of interviewers was set up in a manner that I was truly able to get a feel for what it would be like to work for iCIMS. I cannot say enough good things about the recruitment process.
