Phone background interview discussing resume and company values. This was followed by on site rotating panel interview. Met with hiring manager and other team members. Received a call a couple of days later about the offer.

Interview
I went through an initial phone screening that reviewed my qualifications with a HR representative. Together, we were able to identify the type of thing I would be more interested in doing at iCIMS and was invited to speak with the head of the department during a phone interview. Next, I was invited to the campus to attend an in person interview where I met members of the team I would be working with.
