      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (Fairfax, VA) in Apr 2025

      Interview

Pretty standard, but on the longer side. Lots of various behaviors questions on teaching methods and dealing with youth. Technical questions too, but pretty standard knowledge based. I told them that I didn't know the answer to a question because transparently I hadn't coded in that language since High School, and they were very kind and thankful for my honestly.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would you do in the event of a student who doesn't listen to repeated redirection?
