Initially had a phone conversation followed by two in-person interviews at their office in Austin, TX. Met with the founders and many key employees while visiting their combined office and shop. Pros: Very friendly personnel. Unique product with lots of potential. Cons: The offices themselves showed lack of continual improvement. It took multiple days and many emails to schedule the initial interview. After being told that I would hear something in the next few weeks, and not receiving a response to my email from the founders, I had to contact a representative after a month to determine that they were "still reviewing candidates for the position".

The process took about two weeks. I was able to meet management and one of the other sales reps during that time. I got a tour of the office and they answered all of my questions very honestly. They kept talking about finding a good fit for everyone, which is exactly what I was looking for in an employer.
