iLIFE Financial Management Services interview questions

I went through two interviews, both of them remote. The first was audio only with a recruiter and the second was a video call with two people the position would work closely with. The process was overall fine, but both of my attempts to follow up via email after the second interview (one and two weeks after the interview) were completely ignored and after three weeks I got a completely impersonal copy-and-paste rejection email from a "do not reply" email address. I consider this a red flag, as it doesn't show any respect for the time I gave them nor my attempts to follow up.

Call, recruiter could not provide what the company salary was rather thank ask what I wanted for salary. This is a startup and has some growing before I would consider
