iPhix interview questions

Involved an electronic exchange, followed by an in person casual conversation. Hiring was very scattered and disorganized with no orientation, no explanation of the job or the store. Was a case of being set on fire and asking why the 5 things you had no idea were business processes weren't fine yet.
