The prescreening interview went really bad, the interview N. Was very rude towards me, acting like uninterested , she was reading my questions in a monotonous out of context way, I had to ask several times to repeat the question, and when I was answering, she was doing something else (not taking notes) and acting unengaged, which was really discouraging and made me feel bad overall. The interview was recorded I really hope some supervisor review it because this HR is not a good first impression of the company.

Company took several months to reach out to me after I had applied only to ghost me after the initial email without even setting up an initial interview. If the lack of communication is this poor before I had even had the chance to interview for the company I can only imagen how bad it must be actually working here if I had been offered a position and accepted it.

Happens in a day. Two rounds. First Round will be an HR round more about a screening round. The second round has 3 tasks. 1 individual and 2 team tasks.
