Interview
The first interview was over the phone; the second interview was one on one. The culture was typical call center. The research I did pre-interview was helpful to understand what the company does. Speaking with agents employed their post-interview convinced me this was not a job with upward mobility.

None, this was a standard interview with no surprise questions.
It's split in 3 parts The application the assesment then the final interview. The first 2 parts where slavery easy for me I'm on my last interview. So fingers definitely crossed
It was a text interview with around 20 questions. Not much detailed given about next step and more information about the company. However, was straight forward, but because I didn't talk to a physical person it made me feel uneasy about the legitimacy of the company.

Good salary and the work is stressful. Depends in your performance but overall good pay. I recommend you try the company and see for yourself. That's for now I wil update you next time. Bye
