First of all, they had three roles posted for what was basically the same position. When asked, the recruiter said they were only hiring a single candidate and would determine which role best fit that candidate. The roles had been posted for four months and I was asked to interview a month after my application, that afternoon preferably. The interview was recorded and, at the end of it, I was told the video would be forwarded to the CoS who would choose which candidates moved on. She said I should hear something by mid-week the following week - which was two weeks ago. I'm assuming I'm not moving forward and if they aren't reaching out to me, it doesn't feel like it's worth my time to reach out to them.
HR representatives had poor internet connection as they are outsourced to Philippines, also poor business knowledge asking irrelevant questions.
Overall a waste of time, also the company itself looks a bit dodgy
Initial interview with recruiter for role, was a recorded interview without the other person even showing their video, which felt odd. They did not follow up and when I reached out - ghosted. I get it, times are tough, but ghosting someone feels weird and honestly huge red flag.
