The interview is very simple.
3 steps very easy.
1 they will ask your verbally few questions
2 you will have to fill up a form with your skills
3 practical test.

Interview
After I applied in store and passed on my CV online I got invited to show my practical skills (those vary. Usually related to basic repairs), I passed, I had an interview with HR manager and they saw I know what I'm doing and that was it :-)
I'd strongly recommend previous experience in the technical area.
