I applied online and needed to do an automated interview. It was easy to do. You need to be honest as well as have teaching experience. A degree is required in any field but a teaching degree would help more.
a bit too complex asking some questions you will never ever ever need teaching. I have worked there for 2 years. Would recommend anyway. Group classes are handled really well.
