      Digital Marketing Specialist Interview

      15 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at iVET360 (New York, NY)

      Interview

I did three interviews with them, one phone, and two in person. The phone interview went well and the next week I got a personal phone call asking if I could come in for an in person interview. I thought that was so personable! Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. After my second interview it took two weeks of no communication for them to email me and ask me to come in for a third and final interview after I followed up. I then came in for my third interview and felt confident I would be offered the position. One of the managers even sent me an email making it sound like I was going to get an offer. After several weeks passed again and me following up with them I got a generic automated rejection email with no explanation as to why. I even asked for feedback and they couldn't give me any. It was a deflating and unprofessional experience. I truly hope they can improve their hiring practices and treat canidates with respect.

We truly appreciate your valuable feedback. At iVET360, our hiring process is designed to be multi-layered because we put a high emphasis on our company culture. Our thorough interview and internal evaluation protocol, while comprehensive, does involve many members of our team who all have contrasting schedules, hence the extended timeframe. With that in mind, we are always constantly working to improve all facets of our operation, and we will be using this feedback in future interviews. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us this review.
