I first spoke with the company recruiter within a few days of applying and he was a very professional and sincere guy. I actually had to reschedule due to car troubles and thought that it would negatively impact me being hired on as it does at so many places and dreaded having to make the call to reschedule. When I did speak with him he immediately rescheduled me and ensured me that it would have no negative impact on my hiring process. When I went in for my interview I was greeted by the CEO whom ended up conducting my interview. The interview consisted of not only your basic interview questions but it actually felt like he was trying to ascertain not only if i could do the job walking in the door but if I was someone who would be trainable. After my first interview he invited me to do a second round interview to go over the corporate structure, pay and advancement time lines. There was a scheduling conflict where I couldnt make it to his normal 2nd round interview date so he decided to go ahead and do it the same day after his meeting, which really made me feel like i wasnt just another employee but a future potential business partner. Which is the goal of this business opportunity.
