iforce Services interview questions

I never really had an interview. I was just asked to come in a job shadow, so i did that and after a week i was kind of just thrown out there to fend for myself.

Standard interview process, started with phone, proceeded with face to face. Then the interviewer proceeded to gossip, and tell me office politics. I was then told I will be a great asset to this office, and can't wait to be brought aboard. Later to find out I indeed am not being brought on board, after 3/3 interviewers have welcomed me to the team.
