I applied online and have received an acknowledgement email from an HR person. I noticed views on my LinkedIn profile. The first interview was through Skype with the hiring manager and the HR person. They have not shared the name of the people in advance, so I couldn't prepare. In couple of days I was notified that they would like to invite me for a F2F interview they call 'Taster Day'. Travel costs were covered by the company. The Taster Day was a mix of interviews with members of the Professional Services organisation as well as HR. I was also given a 20+ page document and tasked to prepare/present in a kick-off meeting tackling topics like stakeholder analysis, solution architecture and project control methodology. It ended with an office tour and some small talk. Couple of days later I was notified that they decided to give the offer to another candidate.
