Process involved (1) an initial call with a member of the talent team to understand the role and a bit about me, (2) an interview with two hiring managers, (3) a challenge to complete in about 1 week, (4) an interview with the hiring manager and their manager to present my solution, (5) a behavioural interview in-person with the two hiring managers and the talent team member, with the chance to tour the office Engaging with the talent team member was a breeze and they were very responsive with answering questions and organising my needs around the holiday season. Everyone involved was very friendly too, you can immediately tell there is a great culture and you receive positive and constructive feedback along the way. The 'main' interviews were fairly challenging (in a good way), but since this was my first senior role I did expect this. All questions were relevant and well planned, and I had opportunity to ask questions back. I felt like they were very transparent about things too, open to discussing current challenges in the business. The behavioural interview is more about you as a person and you can simply go in with the mindset of being yourself :) Overall I felt very welcomed and communication was great throughout the whole process. I particularly enjoyed the final behavioural interview as seeing the office in person (which is a super cool building!) really gave me the chance to meet people properly and sense the good office vibes.
