It was a hellish experience. An HR intern named Komal called me to ask about my availability and then scheduled a technical round. She was so incompetent that, despite knowing the panel was unavailable for the interview, she still made me wait in the room for 20 minutes. When I finally asked if any panel members were available, she admitted that no one was. Is this the kind of HR we are expecting nowadays? After I cleared all the rounds, she asked me to submit my documents. However, once I sent them, she completely ghosted me. I tried calling multiple times and sent several follow-up emails, but received no response. This was the worst experience ever. The HR was so incompetent that I can’t even imagine how she got the job. If this is the standard of HR in the company, I can only wonder about the company itself.
