iriso USA interview questions

Went through 3 rounds of interviews (one with HR through teams, one with the senior engineer through teams, and then came on site with 3 people interviewing me, including the president of company). When I reached out to HR about the application status a few weeks later, I was completed ghosted (meaning no response at all) and was disappointed with the fact that the company did not have the common courtesy to at least let a candidate who went through 3 rounds of interviews what the decision was one way or the other (even if it was a rejection). In addition, in the first interview, the HR verbally mentioned that they have not filled the role since June. I did not personally feel that the interviewers respected my time during the interview process.
