Interview
Initial video call with the talent manager followed by a video interview with Head of Customer Service and Head of People.
Great interview booking system, you simply log on and select a date and time that works for you - I loved the flexibility and found this to be a modern approach.
Everyone I met was very friendly and they want to get to know you well. My impressions were that they are very serious about this role, and what it will bring to the company.
Overall a great experience even though I was not successful.
