It was campus recruitment. Had a presentation by the senior staff of L&T where you can clarify questions and clear all your apprehensions. First had a online psychometric test with analytics and english vocabulary questions. Followed by interviews on the same day.
- How do you determine if concrete meets standard on site, basically on site tests? What are the different types of doors and windows? What are the different types of mason blocks/brick laying?

go through the mass transfer, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. concentrate on basics that all they see in u. Being fluent in English , it helps in extempore round. and wish the luck . but result announced very late. they took nearly 3-4 months to complete whole process
- reflux ration dependecy on no of stages driving force for heat transfer ..etc

The rest comprises of two round 1 is written 2 technical+ hr interview Interview is of 20-25 min Go through basis of transport,bmc ,geotech (foundation mainly) and RCC* . The interview is mainly on luck . You may get a easy pannel or tough and that is not in your hand .

A panel of two members were taking my interview but only one of them asked all questions. The maximum questions were technical questions related to civil. An extempore topic was given to speak for 1-2 minutes. Also they saw my resume in details.

At first one have to attend Online Computer based test in the company's employment portal. The exam is of 120 marks and duration is 120 minutes. The test includes technical,logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language test each of 30 marks. Online Interview via MS Teams. A panel of 3 interviewers. Combined with technical and HR interview.
