Interview
I first spoke with a guest experience lead over the phone then I was invited to the store for a group interview (3 people) with the store manager and guest experience lead. The store manager asked all the questions using an app and the guest experience lead took notes.
I thought it went well but less than 24 hours later I was told they were going in a different direction. Funnily enough, I’ve been a Lululemon educator before.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
