Interview
The first interview was a group interview. I interviewed with several stores with different stores asking different questions. However, the consistent questions were "Why do you want to work for Lululemon?" and "What's your favorite way to sweat?" One store asked me to "educate" them on an article of clothing I was wearing. Another store asked us what we knew about the company. Other questions included describing a time we gave or received feedback, who in the area we would partner with to expand the company, and a time we acted WITHOUT integrity. The next interview involved taking a yoga class with some of the employees, and from there you could get a 1:1 interview, which I didn't get.

Interview
Behavioural questions questioning your adaptability, response to conflict and criticism, etc. Valued genuine responses and ability to connect with the interviewer. The whole process was easy and quick. Had an in person interview.

Recall a time where you were provided criticism and how did you deal with it?
Casual conversation with team manager and store manager. It was very informal with the standard questions being asked, nothing that would catch you out. Was followed up with emails and phone calls but I think this was due to it being a job position for a new store opening.

Typical questions regarding experience and how you would approach certain scenarios. A lot of it was focused on how you would interact with the public both in and outside of the store to encourage sales.

Interview
The first interview was with a small group at the store before it opened. The second interview was with the same group but we met at a local crossfit gym and did a workout together. After the workout we sat down with the assistant store manager and she asked us some similar questions. The third and final interview was alone with the store manager.

They asked why you wanted to work at lululemon, what was a weakness and strength, how you do being part of a team, what leadership experience you have, how you respond to being led, lots of questions about goals and handling adversity.
