Interview
Group interview with 7-8 others at a coffee shop. Sat round-table style with a Team Leader asking questions centered around personality and leadership qualities, experiences in other fields of work, and physical activity. Most girls who interviewed wore Lulu gear. Participants were expected to answer with no social cue from Team Leader.
It felt like you weren't being graded on just your answers, but the way you interacted with the other interviewees as well.
Were told after the interview that those selected for a one-on-one interview with store manager would be notified via e-mail.
Overall, felt low-pressure and more of a personality test, and whether you would get along with the average customer and other employees.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
