I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
1) Apply online - long application process where you answer a bunch of questions about yourself, including some corny things like a quote you live by
2) Group interview - 5 or 6 people with a manager and another employee, popcorn style questions, felt like one big game of one-upsmanship
3) 1:1 interview - typical
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-What are your goals (in life)
-What's your favourite way to sweat
-What's one thing that made you happy this past week
-Why lulu
Some things can be really invasive - they really want you to open up but in my opinion it isn't really appropriate to ask these kind of questions in a group interview. Should be saved for 1:1.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
