It was a group interview where we sat in a circle on yoga mats and took turns answering questions. We were apparently supposed to have been told to prepare something to "teach" before the interview, but none of us were so we all had to come up with something on the spot. This seemed unprofessional and I was not impressed that they didn't even give us a five minute break to come up with something.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
