I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Palm Desert, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied for the educator position online, of a posting from the company website. A few days later I was contacted via e-mail to attend a group interview. Once I replied that I could attend, I received another e-mail from the store manager requesting that I attend a group interview the following morning at 7:30AM, a week prior to the previous interview time. I arrived at the interview as requested in workout apparel. Everyone else was also in athletic wear. We went around a circle and told the group where we were from, our favorite way to sweat and something important to us. Then we were asked to share or teach something we had been asked to bring. I was the only candidate that was not asked to bring anything, so I was skipped for this exercise. Then we all answered the same questions in a circle: Why did you want to work at lulu lemon? When was the last time you went through a change in your life? When did you make a mistake and how did you handle it? Once the interview was over they told us that they would call us all by the following week to let us know. Two days later an e-mail came from the corporate office saying you weren't chosen for the position but they would be holding on to the resume. Same report from the other candidates that I had exchanged numbers with.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
