Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the assistant manager of the store I applied for. Did an online zoom interview with 3 other applicants, the assistant manager, a key leader, and an educator. It was a chill environment and they asked us all some icebreaker questions and behavioral ones. Next, I had a 1 on 1 with the manager of the store with more situational questions.

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview

There were two rounds. First one was a group interview where we sat around tables and took turns answering questions. Very laid back style and friendly interviewers. Shortly after I was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.

3 interviews, somewhat intense they really have a type they want to work for them. They want to see your sales abilities and have you do a mini role play!
