I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Dallas, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Fun interview with a lot of great candidates present. In the interview for a higher position we were informed they weren't actually hiring for the position and said they're only hiring part time retail position and you could possibly eventually work your way up. At the end of it all they said they aren't actually hiring at all right now but will keep all of us informed of positions in the future. I felt very mislead and like it was a slight waste of time but the most fun job interview I've ever been to.
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the process felt open and direct—creating meaningful connections and understanding each candidate’s goals is important to us. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are happy to know it was a positive experience overall.

Interview
Casual Interview in an informal setting. More to get to know you more on a personal level and see your fit for the role. Interview was light hearted and non-stressful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you faced a difficulty in your current role and how did you overcome it?
Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
