It was over a Zoom call during Covid and it was quite standard. Interviewer asked different questions but all very company oriented. It was an individual interview and with the assistant manager.
First you had to choose when you were available for the interview. That day you have a group interview through videocall with the hr, the supervisor and another 5 candidates.

The ask for different scenarios, like tell us a situation when you went beyond further to help a customer
was a group interview - sat on the floor on cushions in a circle and went around the room answering the questions. didn't think it was a very fair opportunity seeing as they went around the circle the same way each time. last couple of people struggled more once it was their turn.
