They have group interviews as well as one on one interviews. I had one of the latter. Many of the questions focused on future goals and where I want to be in the future within lululemon. They did not seem to require that I want a future within the company, but they do want their employees to have goals in their lives.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
