Had 2 interviews, first with one store manager then a second with both. Pretty easy questions and the interview process seemed very kind. Took weeks in between application and both interviews to hear a response. I didn’t end up getting the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to address an employees performance and how did you handle the situation
Went to the group interview, was only me and like three other people. Just a couple of typical behavioral questions, in total it took about 45 minutes or so, comparatively easy.

Group interview where we had to figure out who goes first . Not a fan of group interviews. It should be one on one where you get to know a candidate. We are all fighting for the same job so it’s like whoever gives the best answers win.
