Interview
Interview was through Microsoft Teams with a large group of girls (10-12). The interviewers asked a few questions and only would allow 2-3 people to answer each one. I didn’t get a chance to speak and was immediately rejected.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
