I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Jul 2024
Interview
Had a screening call with HR, followed by calls with the hiring manager, head of technology, senior designer, and group product manager. Everyone was friendly and approachable throughout the process.
After going through all the stages and waiting for a month for an answer, I got an email that they were postponing hiring for the role for 2 quarters and would be back in touch then. Bit of a frustrating experience.
