Very poor communication during the process, was offered interview for different positions that were also opening, but the whole process was very confusing. RH arranged interview with several different hiring managers and although I kept progressing, no one offered feebdback and RH didn’t reply my e-mails. Completely disrespectful for applicant.

Situational questions about experience and how I behaved.
Was fairly straight forward and easy to navigate hiring manager was a mid level PMO resource and didn't ask too many technical questions, not the hardest interview ever. i got the offer after one go round
Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.
