The interview was virtual and with the HR department. The HR was friendly, and asked questions relevant to the job and my motivations. They were transparent about the salary range and also timeline and expectations.

I met with two managers from the department who took the time to learn more about my experience and my insights into the industry. The official HR meeting via zoom was also enlightening and the company was very open about its hybrid working policies and staff wellbeing programmes.
