I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Perth, Western Australia) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had to undertake 3x 45 minute interview. One with the Talent Acquisition Manger, Second one with the manager of the store I was going to be working at + talent acquisition manager and the third with the talent acquisition manager + another manager from a different store. First interview was standard question I.e why do you want work here, tell me abit about yourself, salary expectations, how do you manage handling a team during a challenging situation etc. second interview was significant harder caught of guard with some of the questions - were extremely lengthy questions and needed to use the START method. Didn’t do the third interview as I received another offer from a different company.

The questions need to be answered in STAR Method, 4 questions, and come with questions to ask for the interviewer. You are assessed unbiased on how you clearly answer the question through the STAR Method.

Situational quesitons, with answering the STARL structure
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon in Oct 2025
Interview
Disappointing experience.
After 5 interview rounds and constant reassurance from HR and line manager about my 'strong fit,' the role was given to an internal candidate.
If a company prioritizes internal hires regardless of experience, they shouldn't lead external candidates on with false hope.
The process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time.
