Interview
Easy two stage process. One was a team interview with multiple candidates. Second interview was 1 on 1. Asked simple questions. Nothing overly complex. Stuff like what word describes you. What is an example of a time you had to make a hard decision.
All virtual interviews. One group interview with two other candidates. One panel style interview with two or three people that are in varying leadership positions at the store you are interviewing.
Group interview with five other candidates, the interviewer, and one employee who took notes on our responses. They were both kind and welcoming, and put the questions in the chat so we were able to read them ourselves and properly answer.
