Two people interviewed me, shared about the company and it's history and why they enjoyed working for LuluLemon. They asked some situational questions and what animal would I be .

How would you handle a situation with an upset customer?
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
