3. In-Person or Virtual Interview (30–45 minutes)
Purpose: Deeper evaluation of interpersonal skills, reliability, and customer service mindset.
Sample Questions:
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.
How do you prioritize tasks during busy hours?
Describe how you’d upsell a product to a hesitant customer.
What would you do if you saw a coworker not following store policy?
Assessment: Customer focus, problem-solving, conflict resolution, sales mindset.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
