I had an initial call with the Head of TA in Vancouver, who was excellent. She quickly arranged an interview with the HR Director for EMEA. However, the interview was scheduled very last minute — sent at 10:30 pm for 9:00 am the next morning. I made the time and attended the interview, but despite following up multiple times afterward, I never received any feedback and have been completely ghosted.
This was disappointing, as I was genuinely enthusiastic about the company and the role. Unfortunately, the complete lack of response from a senior HR leader after an interview felt unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, I’ve since seen the role re-advertised a few months later.
For a company that promotes strong values, this experience made me question how seriously they live by them.
