I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (College Station, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was a very interactive group interview with 5 other people interviewing for the position. I was told by one of the other people being interviewed that they were picking 3 people from our group to interview separately at a later date. We participated in ice breaker games, group questions, and ended with a sales quiz. It started with a "dance party" where everyone stood in a circle and had to copy everyone else's dance moves and state their name. We then did an introduction game where we learned about one other person in the group and introduced them to the entire group. After that, we were asked group questions and everyone was to speak up once they came up with an answer. It was sometimes hard to interject and annoying when someone stole the answer they were obviously looking for. One question I found to be the toughest was "how would you describe commitment in 3 words?". At the very end of the interview we were asked to grab one piece of men's and one piece of women's clothing and present an 11 second sales pitch on the items. I found this challenging since I'm new to sales and didn't have much knowledge on the products ahead of time. It was very clear who the 3 favorites were so I don't expect to be called back for a 1 on 1 interview - it's ok because it turns out the position was only for roughly 10 hrs/week! This interview process seemed a little absurd for only 10 hours...

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
