Interview
Well I am the person who never writes or complains on glassdoor, but Magnix earned it from me. The interview process started with half an hour phone screen by the recruiter followed by a 45 minutes Manager's Technical Screen and finally a 1 hour 10 minutes long panel interview in which you have to prepare a presentation on a Challenge Question.
I must say this company is pathetic and their interview process is designed to waste the candidate's precious time. The presentation has to be 40 minutes which means that you have to prepare in detail and think about their problem for days. At the end, its a simple email they they think you are not a good fit. The panel interview could be simply a technical interview where you don't waste your time on preparing presentation but they want to insult you first by challenging you with a technical question and then presenting it and then declining you an offer.
I had a panel of three but one didn't bother to come to the panel and was missing. The other two had pin drop silence, no encouragement, no feedback, no smile during the interview. Pathetic they are to the core....

Interview
I had a phone interview with HR, then a technical interview with the hiring manager. I expected another interview, but I had no interaction for about 2 weeks. No responses to my emails. Then they contacted me back asking for another interview. But by the time that happened I had a job offer from another company. So I had to turn them down.
