Interview
I applied to maxRTE in early August. Scheduled an intro call. After that they send a Case Study to complete. Had to write a test scope/plan and test cases. Had a review meeting to go over my case study approach. After that, there is a panel interview. If that goes well then you need to give them two referral letters.
Overall a smooth and simple process. Just wish they didn't ghost me in the middle of the process. Sending a rejection email once you know a candidate won't be a good fit for the position is the best thing to do

Interview
The first interview was held by the manager you’d be reporting too. He was very robotic and looked severely disinterested. There was no room for conversation and getting to know each other as humans. He kept bringing up how much time was allotted to the role. A few days later I was invited for a second interview with him and the CEO. Again more robotic interactions. She did not ask a single question. She was visibly messaging the manager and the interview was cut short after he had read whatever she’d messaged him. Very poor experience and tremendously disappointed at the treatment. Was later on told via email that I was not qualified enough despite being overqualified.
