Scenario based interview process in place now. Original interview when I answered was good - there were 3 meetings : - face to face meeting and general discussion - Offline coding test which was easy - Once coding test requirement was met, meeting to discuss test and how it was done and what can be improved. - Offer given after 2 months (I initially lost out to someone else and once they declined the offer I was given a chance and accepted)
